Refund Policy

Dukan Gram aims to provide complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund under the following terms:

Returns Due to Damage/Defects
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with details and pictures. We will evaluate the claim and initiate a return and refund if deemed valid. 

Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you wish to return a product due to change of mind, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. 

Please ensure unused condition and original packaging of the item before raising return request. We will evaluate the return request and initiate pickup and refund subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Customized, perishable, and undergarments are non-returnable. 

Return Process
To request a return, contact us at contact@dukangram.com. We will evaluate if the return meets our policy criteria. If approved, we will arrange pickup and issue refund once item is received.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of successful pickup. Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. 

Right to Refuse Returns
Dukan Gram reserves the right to refuse returns in the following cases:

- Return request is made outside the allowed time frame
- Item is used, damaged, missing parts or not in original condition 
- Item returned differs from item ordered
- Return documentation is incomplete
- Customized, perishable or undergarment items   

Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
