By accessing or using our website www.dukangram.com (the "Site") or our mobile application (the "App") or by registering for an account with us (together, the Site, App, and account are the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms incorporated by reference. Please read them carefully.

Using Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use our Services.

The Services are intended solely for users who are residents of India. We make no claims concerning whether the Services are appropriate for use outside of India. If you access or use our Services from a jurisdiction other than India, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Your Access to the Services  
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for the purposes of accessing the functionality of the Services.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

Your Use of the Services 
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner at all times. You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

You agree not to:

- Transmit any content that promotes harmful, abusive, hateful or illegal activity.
- Use the Services for commercial purposes unless expressly authorized by Dukan Gram.  
- Reproduce, copy, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any portion of the Services.
- Remove any copyright, trademark registration, or other proprietary notices from the Services.
- Frame or mirror any part of the Services without our express prior written consent.
- Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve or index any portion of the Services.
- Create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses.
- Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or another user's account.
- Interfere with the proper operation of the Services.

Intellectual Property Rights  
Dukan Gram and our licensors exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that the Services contain original works and have been developed, compiled, prepared, revised, selected, and arranged by Dukan Gram and others through the application of methods and standards of judgment developed and applied through the investment of substantial time, effort, and money and constitutes valuable intellectual property of Dukan Gram and such others. 

You agree to protect our proprietary rights and the proprietary rights of all others having rights in the Services during and after the term of this agreement and to comply with all reasonable written requests to protect the contractual, statutory, and common-law rights in the Services.

Trademarks
The Dukan Gram trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Dukan Gram. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license in any of the aforesaid trademarks.

Termination  
We may terminate your access to and use of the Services at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, if you breach these Terms. 

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. We will not be liable to you for compensation, reimbursement, or damages in connection with any termination of your access to or use of the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all representations, warranties or conditions whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability
Dukan Gram will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our maximum liability for direct damages will not exceed, in the aggregate, INR 1000.

Indemnification  
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dukan Gram from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from: (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your violation of any term or condition of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third party rights, including intellectual property rights.

Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you of such changes by posting them on the Site and/or App or by sending you an email or other notification. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any modifications. Your continued use of the Services following notice of the changes constitutes your acceptance of all changes.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction  
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bihar, India for any disputes arising from these Terms.
